More than twelve years structuring capital for technically complex climate, grid, and industrial-technology businesses. Previously Senior Vice President at Stifel and Lazard in London - executing M&A and capital-formation mandates across the energy sector.

Buy-side experience at Lightsource BP and H.I.G. Capital, managing gigawatt-scale renewable portfolios and cross-border joint ventures. Through Verana Ventures, advises founders on positioning, capital raises, strategic partnerships, and M&A readiness - with particular focus on under-followed European markets.
